Physician-led weight management with FDA-approved medications only: GLP-1 and non-GLP-1 options, never compounded. Included in the $150-a-month membership and managed alongside the rest of your health.
How it works
- A full first visit. Your weight history, what you've tried, medications, sleep, stress, and conditions like blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid, and hormones.
- Labs when useful, to check for causes and to make sure a medication is safe for you.
- A plan you'll stick with. A sustainable eating pattern matters more than which diet you pick. Medication, when appropriate, supports the plan rather than replacing it.
- Close follow-up. Message Dr. Li directly about side effects or dose changes, and adjust as you go.
Medication options
GLP-1 medications
Semaglutide (Wegovy), tirzepatide (Zepbound), or other GLP-1 medications reduce appetite and help regulate blood sugar. Generally for adults with a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition.
Non-GLP-1 options
Other FDA-approved medications can be a better fit when a GLP-1 isn't right for you, isn't covered, or isn't affordable.
FDA-approved only
Windmill does not prescribe compounded versions of these drugs, so you know exactly what you're taking and at what dose.

Weight changes in midlife
Many women notice weight settling around the middle during perimenopause. Hormones, sleep, stress, and muscle loss all play a part, and as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Dr. Li treats both together. Learn about menopause care.
